The Nonprofit Management Certificate is a dynamic initiative by UCLA Extension to educate and empower a new generation of nonprofit managers within Southern California and beyond. The one year program prepares a core group of nonprofit professionals to take on the challenges and opportunities of an evolving nonprofit industry that demands strong management, communication, and critical thinking skills.
This program is designed to prepare new and mid-level nonprofit professionals to take on new roles in the areas of strategic planning, financial management, capacity building, and overall program evaluation.
Graduates of our program will not only demonstrate innovative solutions, but also the ability to address complex social issues as they seek to advance the tradition of philanthropy, activism, and social responsibility within their organization and the communities they serve.
