Registration

Registration or reservation is required for this conference. Visitors are not permitted. 7 hours of CM (AICP) and 7 hours MCLE are available. Morning refreshments, lunch, and a conference notebook are included in the fee.

Affiliates of Guest Speakers: $495

*A limited number of discounted fees of $350 are available for government, county, and city employees, employees of nonprofit organizations, employees of an educational establishment, and law or planning professors and students. Availability of the discounted fee is first come, first serve. We will confirm your eligibility after you enroll and will contact you if there are any misregistration issues.

How to Enroll

1. Online
  • Visit our registration website HERE to enroll and checkout as a Returning Student or New Student. You will be prompted to select the registration type (i.e. regular, student, Government/nonprofit, etc.) which we will confirm once you have completed the registration process. *American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA are accepted.
2. Phone
  • Call (310) 825-9971. Representatives are available to assist you between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
3. Check
  • Print and complete an enrollment form. *this course does not have a Registration number. You may leave that part of the form blank*
  • Make check payable to The Regents of the University of California.
  • Mail enrollment form and check to:

4. Purchase Order (P.O.) or Billing Authorization*

There are 3 ways to enroll via purchase order. In all cases, you will receive an invoice, via mail or email, requesting payment:

  1. Scan and email a completed enrollment form and P.O. or Billing Authorization to PO@uclaextension.edu.
  2. Print and complete an enrollment form with credit card information and authorizing signature and fax to (310) 206-5066.
  3. Mail completed enrollment form and P.O./Billing Authorization to:

*Note: Purchase Orders/Billing Authorizations must be on company letterhead and contain the follow items:

  • Billing company’s name
  • Billing address
  • Billing preference (email or mail)
  • Name, mailing address, phone, and email address of the student(s) to be enrolled
  • Course number, title and fee
  • Signature of authorized individual

Refunds

A $30 administrative fee is withheld from all refunds (full refund granted if event is cancelled or rescheduled). Allow two weeks for refund checks and three working days for American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit vouchers. (Refund checks are not allowed for fees paid by credit card). There are no cash refunds. If the final refund date has passed, exceptions to this policy will be considered only under the most unusual circumstances.
